It has been quite the snowy year in the Lehigh Valley. Remember the simple things:
Drive slow and plan your stops....so stop slow too. The best advice I ever heard was to drive like there is an egg between your foot and the pedals.
Shovel smart. Do not use your back to lift. Shovel small loads at a time.
Assume there is ice and tread lightly.
Dress warmly and in layers.
Check on your neighbors....even if they are not elderly.
Be safe out there!
